Approach

We do not provide ‘off the shelf’ studies. Our work is undertaken with the needs of each individual client in mind. A brief will be carefully negotiated with the client and considerable effort is taken to ensure the output of our research is useable for the organisation’s decision makers. We use a blend of ethnographic, qualitative and quantitative techniques where appropriate. All researchers are trained in relevant research methods and have active field experience.

market research

In-depth interviewsSemi-structured scripts are prepared and where possible interviews are conducted either face-to-face, over Teams or on Zoom. They are recorded with consent, and initially transcribed using AI technology. They are then carefully edited by a researcher. Transcripts can be provided within 24 hours.

Focus groupsSeveral of our researchers have specific skills in this area. Careful and highly targeted recruitment is matched using carefully prepared topic guides, and if required bespoke prompts.

Quantitative studiesAll of our quantitative studies are now conducted using digital tools. This allows for careful pre-selecting, easy to handle data and for the interrogation to be undertaken swiftly.

EthnographyIf required, and with the transparent agreement of the client, it is also possible for skilled researchers to be placed within organisational settings to observe how teams function.
